Pinky Cole Expands Empire With Bar Vegan in Atlanta

Slutty Vegan’s CEO and Founder Pinky Cole, is expanding her culinary empire with the addition of Bar Vegan in Atlanta. The full-service restaurant and bar are part of the revolutionary vegan movement. It will be open for nightly dinner, lunch at the bar, and Sunday brunch.

The team behind Atlanta’s acclaimed vegan burger restaurant Slutty Vegan will open on the Second Floor of Ponce City Market’s Central Food Hall this Sunday, February 28.

High Energy Atmosphere

Bar Vegan in Atlanta aims to be bold, memorable, and experiential. introducing the city to “bar theatre.” The restaurant will offer a fun, high-energy atmosphere with exciting and exotic visual presentations of food and drink. Guests can expect really good vegan bar food. Imagine hearty salads, savory egg rolls, flavorful cauliflower wings, and must-have cheesesteaks, sweet potato tots, and more surprises from Cole.

With a heavy focus on the beverage program, Bar Vegan will offer beer, wine and
“experience cocktails” that are made tableside. The Foreign Fruit Punch will be served in an “Active Smokey Volcano”. Other cocktails may come in a fire extinguisher, gas can, Ferris wheel, or bank safe, complete with musical sound bites. The beverage team will also serve adapted versions of classic cocktails, like margaritas, cosmopolitans, old-fashioned’s, lemon drop martinis, and more. Each drink will utilize organic, fresh-squeezed juices. A “Shaken Not Slurred” mocktail menu will also be available.

Bar Vegan’s vibe will be poppy and trendy, with accents of love throughout and multiple focal walls and design elements for guests to capture memorable photos within the space. Private dining space will be available for events, large gatherings, and celebrations. “Today’s culture is exploring the truth, and the truth that we’re walking into is that, as a community, we are beginning to eat healthier and focus more on the things we put into our bodies,” says Cole.
