Higher Self Revelations: A Journey Back to Myself

For most of my life, I thought “becoming my best self” meant hustling harder, collecting more accomplishments, or fixing the parts of me that felt imperfect. But the deeper I go, the more I realize that meditation for spiritual awakening isn’t about becoming something new—it’s about remembering who I already am. My higher self isn’t somewhere far away. She’s already here—quiet, patient, and waiting for me to listen.

Over the past few months, I’ve been sitting with that voice intentionally through what I call my Higher Self meditation—a practice of stillness, listening, and alignment. It’s not prayer. Prayer is when I speak, when I lay my hopes and concerns before God. Meditation, though, is when I stop speaking and receive. It’s my quiet time to be present enough to hear from the Most High, to sense what my higher self has been trying to tell me all along.

Those moments of silence have revealed truths I didn’t even know I was ready to face. They’ve shown me the parts of myself that needed rest, forgiveness, and freedom. More than anything, they’ve taught me how to embody what I’ve learned—how to live the lesson, not just understand it. The more I apply those revelations, the lighter and more grounded life feels.

That’s why I created this series, Higher Self Revelations—to share the insights that have reshaped how I move through the world. It’s my invitation for both of us to pause long enough to listen, reflect, and reconnect. These reflections come from my own moments of awakening—the ones that whispered truth through chaos, or peace through pressure. They’re reminders that clarity doesn’t always arrive with fireworks. Sometimes it’s the still, steady knowing that says, You already know what to do.

Calm meditation space for inner healing and connection with higher self.

When I write about “revelations,” I’m not talking about perfection or constant positivity. I’m talking about those moments when you finally see yourself clearly—without the noise, without the roles, without the fear. It’s about alignment: that space between who I’ve been and who I’m becoming, where peace lives. This practice of guided meditation for self-discovery continues to teach me how to honor that space with grace and honesty.

Throughout this series, I’ll share what I’ve learned about boundaries, energy, forgiveness, purpose, and truth. Each revelation will invite you to reflect, release, and return to your own inner knowing. Some entries will feel like a mirror. Others may feel like medicine. All of them come from experience—the kind that reshapes how you see yourself.

As I write, my hope is simple: that you find yourself softening, exhaling, and remembering that your higher self is not somewhere far away. She’s already guiding you. She’s the calm beneath the storm, the wisdom that keeps rising, and the quiet voice that says, You’re ready now.

This is where we begin.
Join me each week for a new revelation—and take a moment today to sit in silence, to connect with your higher self, and to listen.
