“BLACK DOES CRACK!” said Yandy Smith, of the Love and Hip Hop franchise, at the grand opening of her YELLE Skincare store in Atlanta. A gentle warning to melaninated folks to adopt a preventative skincare routine and not lean on the “Black Don’t Crack” colloquial saying.
Lets talk about the store. Picture this, the decor reminiscent of a flourishing garden of vibrant floral arrangements in the hues of yellow, pink and green of a store front nestled in the heart of the culture of Atlanta, Georgia. A block party with local community entrepreneurs advertising their businesses. All of the Atlanta socialite celebrities came out to welcome and celebrate Yandy’s new business venture.
YELLE is a the first plant-based skincare line for melanin skin. It was designed to be a skincare line for the entire family. Some of the products include cleansers, moisturizers, serums, eye cream and toner.
