Serena Williams is truly unstoppable.
The talented tennis player has won her 20th Grand Slam title today and third French open crown.
The Guardian reports,
Having led by a set and 4-1, 40-15 on her own serve, Williams imploded to lose it on a tie-break but as she has done so many times in her career, she found something from within, recovering from 2-0 down in the decider to clinch a 6-3, 6-7 (2-7), 6-2 victory.
By winning her 20th Grand Slam, Williams is quickly is close to changing history.
According to ESPN,
She is the first woman since Jennifer Capriati in 2001 to win the Australian Open and French Open back-to-back and will head to the grass courts of Wimbledon this month with a chance to extend a bid to do just about the only thing she hasn’t accomplished: win a calendar-year Grand Slam.
