Summer festival season is officially underway!! It’s my favorite time of the year for a few reasons, I’m a summer baby (Cancers stand up), it’s vacation time for mostly everyone so perfect time to see family and friends, and great music!!
My favorite festival is the Atlanta Jazz Fest, we make a full weekend of it; gathering our blankets, baskets, chairs and more to enjoy amazing jazz artists from across the country. The atmosphere is part of the experience, each section is like a mini neighborhood and everyone is kind and enjoyable, sharing their eats and laughter. We often joke that the hour search for a parking spot and long trek to piedmont park is a part of the experience. It just wouldn’t be as much fun without it…or at least that’s what I think.
I’ve learned some things about what you MUST have at a summer festival and I’m going to start sharing those things with you here in a little series of sorts…this is part one:
1) Freshness- it’s important…REALLY!! It’s going to be super hot this summer and the last thing you want to do is be the sweaty, stinky one in the group. Lucky for us, Ban deodorant has these amazing body wipes that freshens you up throughout those long summer days!

4) When it comes to summer festivals, they are truly an all day event. So, what happens when you take the day party to the evening?
