3 Costumes You Can Rock this HALLOWEEN using your current LEGGING collection!
October is one of my favorite months. Not only does one of my favorite Holidays fall in October, but it also falls during my favorite season for FASHION.
As a personal stylist, one of my goals when I’m working with a client is to teach them how to utilize their wardrobe as many ways as possible. I do this when I’m shopping and wardrobe planning for myself, as well.
I know we have all gravitated to “being comfortable” & “casual clothes” due to this pandemic. I have always loved a good soft pair of leggings, and I own triple of what I owned before March.
So, I wanted to give you some ideas this month on another way to utilize those leggings other than just for lounging around the house.
Who says being a soldier can’t be fun or sexy? Add an olive green/camouflage top, a camouflage hat, and your own version of shoes. Can be heels or boots, whichever is comfortable for you while you are taking the chaps trick-or-treating, or if you’re attending an adult party.
Everyone LOVES a good print. And even though I’m not a huge trend follower, PRINTS will be around forever. One of my favorites is the leopard/cheetah print. And everyone’s favorite, BLACK! It’s true you CAN’T go wrong with BLACK. I have so many friends & clients whose closet is 90% black, 9% neutral, 1% color. Listen, I love black too but how much of it do you really NEED?! But I will save that for another time. I KNOW we ALL own MULTIPLE pairs of “The BLACK Legging” This all black look can be a burglar, a cat burglar (add some ears and whiskers), a witch (add a witches hat a broom), bat or a bat girl (add a cape or some wings). Again, it just proves the versatility of black.
