Black Music Honors Highlights Influential Artists to Black Culture

The “culture” of Black American Music is far-reaching. The impact we have had globally was recognized at the Black Music Honors event in Atlanta. The highly anticipated 4th Annual 2019 Black Music Honors hosted by television and radio personality Rickey Smiley and Grammy® Award-winner and actress LeToya Luckett-Walker is currently airing on national broadcast syndication.

Among the many honorees of the night were Yolanda Adams, Tamia, Freddie Jackson, and Xscape.  Culturally-conscience eclectic group, Arrested Development, received the Hip Hop Icon Award and shared their happiness for the influence they have had on our community. Check out the video below:
