Anita Wilson Shares 7 Upbeat Gospel Songs to Supercharge Your Workout

Want to get your praise on while you sweat? Grammy-nominated gospel singer Anita Wilson recently shared her favorite danceable gospel jams with ESSENCE.

Wilson, who first burst on the scene with Donald Lawrence & Co., doesn’t want to seem narcissistic, but says she has several groove-inducing praise songs that keep her motivated to work out when she’s really not in the mood.

“I love anything that keeps me going on the treadmill when I don’t feel like doing it,” Wilson shared after her ESSENCE Festival performance. Her latest album, Vintage Worship, includes a few of her favorites like So Gone and You Love Me. Wilson isn’t just into her own music, however.

The Stellar Award nominee also loves to rock out to Erica Campbell and Deitrick Haddon, too. Ready to break a sweat?
