5 Steps to Get Your Quarantine Coins From Your Closet

Sis, I have some fashion tea for you that is going to make you some CASH! YES there are coins in your closet thanks to quarantine.

I don’t know about you but I’ve been SHOPPING during this pandemic. Even though I haven’t indulged in “going out” I’ve used the quarantine to level up my closet and take advantage of some pretty good quarantine sales from some of my favorite places to shop online.

“I have WAY TOO many things and not enough room to keep it all.” If this is YOU then you need to be sure you keep reading.

  1. First thing you need to do is ASSESS. What needs to be done, why it needs to be done, and who is going to do it.

2. Then your WHAT. Well that’s easy. It’s time to clean out that closet. Get rid of anything that doesn’t make you feel happy and that you don’t connect with anymore.

3. There could be many reasons that it’s time to do something about your wardrobe. New job, weight loss, gave birth, quit your job to start your business. Whatever it is, you need to know be focused on it so the process is smoother. This is your WHY.

4. WHO is going to do this closet cleanse? Well, you can do it yourself or you can hire a professional like me.

Once you have all these in mind it’s time to clean your closet or book someone who is going to clean your closet. I do virtual and in-person closet cleanses, and I’m releasing an ebook on how-to do your own effective closet cleanse. Closet Cleanses are important, we are constantly evolving and your wardrobe should as well. If you would like to book with me visit BlendnTrendz Boutique & Styling Services.

5. Next step is to set up an account on where you’re going to sell your clothes that are in good condition. 1.5 million conversations are being held online about second-hand clothes and the platforms being used.

There are many platforms online that offer resale options. It’s like just like thrift shopping but from the comfort of your home. A few that I like are Poshmark, ThredUP, Depop, TheRealReal. But there are so many more. Be sure to do your research so you know which one will work best for you.

Make sure take good photos. Use a model or you can put the clothes on yourself. You can use a mannequin or just hang them on a solid background. Make sure your description is clear.

Now it’s time to post your photos and let the quarantine coins from your closet roll in!
