It’s May already and just like that summer is upon us. It’s seriously around the corner sis. The quarantine 15 has likely turned into a lot more and you’re struggling to figure out how to salvage at least a warm girl week! Don’t fret, sis. We asked fitness expert, Danah Smart of Smart Steps Fitness, to share some tips to help you get your body ready for a “hot girl summer”.
Workout #1: Jump Squats
Everybody wants a great booty for the summer right! Well, get some Jump squats in. They are the perfect workout to sculpt your booty, hamstrings, and quads. It is a total leg and booty workout. To get better results inside your glutes feel free to add the Smart Resistance Band and turn up your work out that much more.
Do 25 repetitions.
Workout #2: Russian Twists
Let’s get those abs right and tight! These Russian twists will sculpt both your center abs and your obliques at the same time. And with this, you get two for one. Who’s ready to create their snatched waist and define the core?!

Workout #3: Total Body w/ Smart Steps Fitness Jump Rope
Who wants a total body workout? 🙋🏽‍♀️. This Smart Rope will give you just that. This rope is 4 pounds of power. If you want an amazing cardio workout with some arms, abs, and legs mixed in, incorporate this rope into your daily routine and watch the transformation that happens right before your eyes.
