Imagine thinking you’ve found your dream home, only to realize you are living in a nightmare. That is exactly what happens to Scott and Annie Russell (Michael Ealy and Megan Good) a young couple who decide they are ready to change their surroundings and purchase a beautiful home from Charlie Peck (Dennis Quaid). What they don’t know is that Charlie is obsessed with the home and has no intentions of letting them live happily ever after.
