Well with #fashionmonth being over, I wanted to give you all some runway inspiration as we enter 4th Quarter. Fashion month was being celebrated everywhere, even on TikTok. Fashion Week isn’t just about high fashion or looks that belong on celebrities. You can have fashion week wins also.
It’s no surprise, all the biggest fashion weeks take place during the month of September. If you aren’t familiar with how Fashion weeks work, designers show their collections for the upcoming season. So in September designers debut all the Spring/Summer collections for the upcoming year and then in February the designers show their Fall/Winter fashions for the current year.
Now, I haven’t attended a major fashion week as of yet, but I have attended several in various cities. Fashion week events are a great way to check out new designers, as well as seasoned designers.
My FAVORITE fashion week wins are the “street fashion”. This is the fashion that is worn by the “spectators”. That is a fashion show in itself.
Fashion weeks, on and off the runway, are great ways to draw inspiration for your personal style challenges that you may have. From couture to ready-to-wear to street fashion, you can create your own style for every season.
