During Essence Festival 2015, hair care company, Design Essentials hosted a celebrity gifting suite featuring singer/songwriter, Ledisi. I am so happy I received an invite to this posh event. Coordinated by Steps Event Planning, guests were treated to delicious and flavorful eats, great music, pampering, massages, and more! Ledesi greeted all the attendees, posed for pics, and served as a great host. Guests received Design Essentials product including their new Coconut & Monoi line, there were vendors on site to get manicures as well. Mimi Johnson of The Glamatory (Atlanta), was onsite giving makeovers and gifting her lipgloss. Joi Mebane, of The Look By Joi (Atlanta), was also onsite providing free brow sessions. There was plenty of mingling and networking taking place. I thoroughly enjoyed the suite and my blogger buds did as well. Check out pictures from the event below:
