This week’s episode welcomes my very FIRST interview guest, Atima Omara. Atima is the founder of the Omara Strategy Group, a consulting firm based in D.C., providing strategic political services to progressive people of color, women, and LGBTQ candidates.
On this episode, we discuss the importance for women of color to have a seat at the table. To be a catalyst of change in our communities, and exact that change by being at the forefront of the political agenda. I am a strong believer in creating spaces that do not exist and this is why Atima is such a dope individual.
She is assisting in doing just that for the underserved communities, such as ours.
