They Tried It: Racists react to Target Honey Pot ad that uplifts black girls

Not even a full week out of Black History Month and the BS from the racists has started up already. This time, they’ve set their ire on Honey Pot Co. founder, Bea Dixon. In a Target ad about her feminine product’s brand, Dixon speaks about how her company inspires little black girls. Yep, that was enough to set fire to our friendly racist neighbors in the good ol’ US of A.

Target Ad draws criticism… unwarranted criticism. #ihateithere

Yes. If you are still scratching your head trying to figure out where Bea said anything offensive, stop. A friend of mine first posted the story on Facebook and tagged me in it. I was so upset I had to respond:

Wypipo live by the motto that Black Self Love is Hatred of Whites. Their reasoning is because they know that to love ones self you will protect and abject from anything that causes you harm. They know that we have long suffered harm at their hands. Thus, this is simply a fear that their day of reckoning is upon them, that they are sure to receive their due, that the chickens have come home to roost. The fear of black people’s and all minorities seeking retribution for the ills of the colonizer is one they live with daily and hence… THIS FOOLISHNESS. đź—Łď¸Ź WHITE AMERICA: YOUR SLIP IS SHOWING!!!

After this outrageous display of racism, entitlement, and privilege the Honey Pot’s sales have increased in response. Millions have rushed to the website and Target stores purchasing the product to show their support of Bea Dixon. Let’s keep that same energy and show that this Black Woman has a legion behind her! Visit thehoneypot.co and show your support.
