I have this amazing “Good Morning Journal”☀️ that helps you start your day positively, by helping you with time management. Each day, you get to breakdown how you’re feeling, why you’re feeling that way, and set the intention for how you want the day to feel. On top of that, you can create a list that plans out your day so you can be your most productive. This is a MUST-HAVE for any business owner.

Journals for matters of the heart

Intimacy and emotional openness is an area that I’m trying to grow in. I have a “Love” journal, in which I express my feelings and relationship with the idea of love. I share my struggles, my hopes, and my desires in that journal.

Money Talks

In my Financial journal🤑, I talk about my relationship with money. As a victim of financial abuse, it took me years to heal from that type of betrayal. With journaling, I’ve been able to pinpoint my money triggers and reframe the perspective of money use in my life. Journaling helped me do that.

Journaling Works

I use my Career journal💼, to let my creative juices flow. This way, I can dream and visualize what my business will look like. I write out my monthly, quarterly, and yearly plans for my business. I jot down new ideas that may or may not be implemented and so on. It’s a great way to brainstorm on paper about your business, services, or career aspects.

These are just a few of the many journal ideas I use to help me understand myself. I have even more on my dreams, family, friendships, and self-love. Journaling is such a therapeutic way to align yourself.

Sometimes, I wonder if I am I the only person with so many journals? Am I? Do you practice journaling? Let me know your favorite journal in the comments.
